Absolutely fantastic experience at Chaiiwala in Hayes! We had the Chicken Tikka and Butter Chicken Toasters — both were super fresh and packed with flavor. The highlight, though, was the chai — hands down the best we’ve ever had. Warm, perfectly spiced, and incredibly comforting. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was great. 100% recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

Amazing food I tried it for the first time two weeks ago I got the butter chicken and slaw as well as aloo paratha and it was the best thing ever. I’ve gone at least once a week since then. The scenery is beautiful so aesthetic and the server Sonya is amazing she’s so nice always asking me about my day whole experience was just 10/10!
Absolutely loved my visit to Chaiwala Hayes! The Karak Chai was rich and full of flavour, just the way it should be. The Butter Chicken Melt Toastie was perfectly spiced and cheesy – a real comfort food win. Finished off with some fresh, fluffy Mini Donuts that were the perfect sweet treat. Big shoutout to Raju, our server, who was super friendly and made the experience even better. Can’t wait to come back!
I tend to treat myself and my daughter during the week for some delicious breakfast. And today, as i had time, we tried the new dessert, which was very nice, and the breakfast is always on point. Staff are very welcoming. Sonia always serves me with a welcome and smile.. atmosphere is clean and calm.
Monica is the best person in Chaiwala history. I’ve never seen such good customer service in my life. The way she handled my order was amazing. Would recommend!
Friendly customer service. Extensive but simple menu and comically large menu cards delicious food, and drinks over all. Clean dining space but bathroom could be cleaner. Will visit again
